Our engineering personnel have a very diverse background with experience on most major control hardware platforms in many industries. Our staffing division, ATS, has a wide range of qualified personnel including IT professionals, project managers, engineers, designers, and technicians along with a variety of other specialized technical and administrative personnel. Donna D. Chappel, President, brings a wealth of experience to each project. She holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh . She brings 30 years of experience in engineering, constuction management and recruiting and staffing for management and technical personnel. In addition to registered membership in the Control Systems Integration Association, she is also a member of the SPEO, COMTO, and SAME. She has handled projects involving Instrumentation & Control Systems and has been a marketing representative and a construction manager for a local Electric utility company.
