KEY PERSONNEL

Donna D. Chappel, President, brings a wealth of experience to each project. She holds a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh . She brings 29 years of experience in engineering, constuction management and recruiting and staffing for management and technical personnel. In addition to registered membership in the Control Systems Integration Association , she is also a member of the American Staffing Association, USWCC, COMTO, SMPS and SPEO. She has handled projects involving Instrumentation & Control Systems and has been a marketing representative and a construction manager for a local Electric utility company.
